Peggy Austin, President & Founder

  • Seasoned pioneer in the multicultural and urban marketing industry; 20+ years of experience in developing marketing, advertising and PR programs for Fortune 500, non-profit and government clients.
  • Got her start in media sales at Clear Channel Radio and CBS-TV, and later transitioned to the PR agency side.
  • Served as a lead strategist on numerous high-profile campaigns; wired into a deep network of contacts across media, faith-based institutions, education, community, government and corporate leadership.
  • Personally responsible for generating agency revenues of $7 million+ with clients including Walgreens, Exelon, Illinois Lottery, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, and many political campaigns.
  • Received a commendation from the Illinois World AIDS Day Committee for her pioneering work for Walgreens.
  • Recognized by “Who’s Who in Black Chicago” for outstanding achievement in business.

Patricia Andrews-Keenan, Vice-President of Communication

  • Experienced communications professional in media relations, internal / external communications and community affairs.
  • Talented writer and public speaker; recipient of numerous Silver and Gold Anvil awards and other community recognitions.
  • Served in leadership roles within the telecommunications industry, including VP of Communications for Comcast and VP of Corporate Affairs for A.C. Nielsen.
  • Proven experience across advertising, government relations, community outreach, education and philanthropic initiatives.
  • Serves her clients as a company spokesperson and in speechwriting, crisis communications and community outreach policy development.
  • Serves on the YMCA’s Black and Latino Achievers Steering Committee and the board of the Chicago Children’s Choir and the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC).
  • BA in Journalism from Grambling State University; graduate of the UCLA Anderson School’s Executive Leadership Development Program.



Sandra J. Robinson, PR and Faith-Based Program Manager

  • Illustrious storyteller, with more than 20 years of experience in persuading audiences in front of the camera, behind the camera and even from the pulpit.
  • Honed her skills in radio, serving as an on-air personality and programming director for several leading urban stations in Chicago.
  • Later transitioned to TV, where she hosted a popular Sunday morning program on FOX-TV Chicago.
  • Served as lead producer for numerous PSA campaigns for clients including Gift of Hope and Illinois Department of Transportation.
  • Recognized as a faith-based marketing expert, having developed dozens of promotions and special events for churches, corporations and non-profit foundations throughout the U.S.
  • Soon to be fully ordained minister with the Apostolic Church of God and served as the former president of the Gospel Announcer’s Guild, (Chicago).
  • Brings a special sense of skill, sensibility and spirit to every client program she manages at GSC, including a primary stewardship over Merit Medical and the agency’s proprietary LifePath Marketing™ Model.

Martina Smith, Account Supervisor

  • Experienced client services expert with proven track record in public relations, event planning, promotions and social media.
  • Became a rising star years ago while as a PR agency intern, when she quickly commanded the attention and respect of her clients, right up to the C-Suite level.
  • Even as an undergrad, had built broad experience in the advertising, government and private sectors, focusing on business development and operations management.
  • Has garnered powerful news coverage in diverse national and local outlets for her clients, including ESPN, NBC, CBS, The Examiner, Red Eye, the Chicago Defender and WGN.
  • Graduated with honors from Columbia College Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing Communications, with a concentration in Public Relations.

Rachel Strevey, Communications Coordinator

  • Previously baptized in the world of “making the impossible possible” in the fast-paced world of international marketing and publicity.
  • Served a four-year sprint as General Executive Manager for internationally acclaimed speaker and five-time best-selling author Michelle McKinney Hammond.
  • Handled all media & publicity, travel, contract negotiations, event planning & hosting, as well as oversight of all legal documentation of her growing non-profit foundation.
  • Got her start in the non-profit sector in communications roles for World Vision and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
  • Has redefined what being a “people person” is all about, with an eye for detail and an authentic gift for solving problems.

Jason Nelson, Strategic Creative Art Director

  • One of Chicago’s finest and most accomplished creative art directors.
  • 20 years of experience in shaping the image of today’s iconic brands, non-profits, media outlets, celebrities and political figures.
  • Extensive portfolio of product branding, social media, web design, promotion & packaging, special event theme & design and mass appeal projects.
  • His unique style draws from a grassroots approach to new techniques, while building on existing trends and a solid design background.
  • Direct client experience includes Walgreens, Wal-Mart, State Farm, Chase, Illinois Lottery, Patti LaBelle, the Chicago Housing Authority and Barack Obama.
  • A well-respected instructor of design and layout for the International Academy of Design.
